Surviving the Holidays the Mindful Way

Let’s Breathe Through the Holidays, 12:30-2pm:

This workshop will consist of breathing techniques for the beginner.  It includes a free CD or MP3 file of breathing exercises and pranayama.  From there we’ll learn different yoga techniques for breathing that release stress and anxiety.  $30

Enjoying the Holidays the Mindful Way, 2-3:30pm:

We will take the things we learn in the breathing workshop and apply them to different forms of meditation.  What’s the difference between active meditation and stillness?  What should you expect from meditation?  $30

How to Eat and Maintain or Lose Weight During the Holidays, 3:30-5pm:

There are many ways you can make losing weight adventurous and fun.  So why not during the holidays?  Decide to give yourself the gift of health this holiday season.  $30
