i recently came across this article on my favorite MindBodyGreen website page and i couldn’t agree more.
You don’t have to do yoga to do these poses. Legs up the wall is a great pose for calming, depression or just great to do during the middle of your day to give you alittle boost. Forward folding opens the back of the body and also generates calmness.
Tree pose if great for balance but also helps to bring focus and settles the mind.
Twisting poses help to increase your ammune system and improve elimination in the body. Golfer alert!! also great for your swing.
